We’ve built a fair share of Harley-Davidson Low Rider S projects, but this one carries its own personality - we call it Forged Sinner. Based on a 2021 FXLRS, we reshaped it with forged carbon bodywork, custom wheels, performance upgrades, and refined control components. Every piece was picked not just to look right, but to ride right.

A Full Forged Carbon Body Kit

We started with forged carbon fiber - nothing stock about it. For Forged Sinner, we fitted a complete set: rear fender, front fender, side covers, and dash console. That marbled, fractured look shifts with the light and gives the bike a living, breathing skin. Lightweight and tough, it sharpens the entire bike’s profile without losing any of the Softail’s raw feel.

The Stance: Grater Spokes Wheels

The stance is defined by our Grater Spokes custom wheels - 18” rear and a 21” front. Finished in red, they stretch the profile and push the bike into a taller, more aggressive posture without losing balance. They don’t just change the look, they change how the bike feels on the road.

Red Accents, Sharp Character

We didn’t let the carbon and wheels overshadow the bike’s mechanical elements. Red highlights on the transparent M8 derby cover, Crook Series air filter, foot controls, and Diamond Series cylinder covers guide your eye exactly where it needs to go -straight to the bike’s heart.

Control, Lighting & Ergonomics

Handling and rider comfort were just as important as the styling. Up front, the Inception Series triple tree ties everything together with precision and a more solid feel. Paired with the Baja Designs headlight, the bike gets sharper steering and modern illumination in one package. The stance stays true to the Low Rider S attitude - aggressive enough for corners, but still comfortable for real miles. It’s not overloaded, just balanced the way it should be.

Performance: 120 HP to the Wheel

Forged Sinner doesn’t just look ready - it rips. We installed a high-flow DNA air filter, Savicki exhaust, and Andrews M465B cams. The result is a clean 120 horsepower at the rear wheel. The bike breathes better, sounds right, and puts the power down with a punch.
