Shipping policy

  1. This Delivery Policy regulates the main principles and procedures for delivering items purchased through the e-shop (hereinafter referred to as the e-Shop) of Total Customs UAB, registration address: Akademijos g. 7, LT-08412, Vilnius, Lithuania (business address: Akademijos g. 7, LT-08412 Vilnius, Lithuania), Company Reg. No. 304427892, VAT Reg. No. LT100010616910 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and its users (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer or you).

  2. Items purchased in the e-Shop will be dispatched using the shipping provider selected by the Buyer at checkout.

  3. After dispatch, the Buyer will be informed by e-mail. The e-mail will contain a unique shipment tracking number provided by the carrier and other relevant information.

  4. The shipment tracking number and other key details will also be available in the Buyer’s account profile.

  5. Upon dispatch of the goods, or at the latest upon their transfer to the carrier, the risk passes to the Buyer. Transport damages must be reported directly to the responsible freight carrier. The Buyer is obliged to check the condition of the parcel upon delivery and sign the acceptance note only if the parcel is in good condition with no visible damages. Parcels signed as accepted cannot be refunded or exchanged due to damage caused by the freight carrier.

  6. Average delivery times are as follows:

    • 6.1. USA: 5–12 business days;

    • 6.2. Canada: 10–15 business days;

    • 6.3. Europe: 3–5 business days;

    • 6.4. Lithuania: 1–2 business days.

  7. Delivery times may be extended in the event of public holidays. In such cases, delivery may take 1–2 business days longer than normal. During major holidays such as Christmas or Easter, delivery may be delayed by 3–4 business days.

  8. Items may only be accepted by the Buyer (individual or legal entity) who placed the order or who is specified in the order.

  9. Taxes and Duties: All customs duties, import taxes, and other charges that may be applied by the Buyer’s local authorities during the shipping process are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller shall not be liable for any such costs or delays resulting from customs procedures.
