How long does shipping to the USA take?
Typical delivery to the United States is 7–15 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Will I have to pay import duties in the USA?
Import duties and taxes to US are now included in the price. The US customers will not have to pay any additional taxes or duties upon the arrival of the goods.
Do you keep stock or produce to order?
Many parts are kept in stock. Specialized carbon and forged carbon parts may be produced to order. Current lead times are listed on each product page.
Sales
Can workshops or dealers get wholesale pricing?
We offer B2B pricing for workshops, custom builders, and resellers. Approved partners receive dealer price lists and dedicated support for repeat orders.
Carbon Fiber Products
What Harley-Davidson models do your carbon fiber parts fit?
Our carbon fiber parts are designed specifically for Harley-Davidson Touring models from 2014–2023 and Softail models from 2018+. Each product page lists exact model compatibility. All parts are shaped to factory mounting points, so installation requires no cutting or frame modification.
Are your parts made from real carbon fiber or carbon-look?
Every carbon product we sell is made from genuine structural carbon fiber - not wrapped plastic or cosmetic overlays. We offer twill weave carbon fiber and forged carbon options depending on the part.
Do you manufacture forged carbon fiber parts?
Yes. We produce selected Harley-Davidson components using forged carbon fiber. This process compresses chopped carbon strands under high pressure, creating a unique chaotic strain appearance with excellent stiffness and impact resistance. Forged carbon parts are lighter than fiberglass equivalents and require no cosmetic wrap.
What is the difference between carbon fiber and fiberglass Harley parts?
Carbon fiber parts are lighter, stiffer, and offer higher strength-to-weight ratio. Fiberglass parts provide excellent shape flexibility, smooth surface finish, and cost-efficient production for larger body components. We use both materials depending on functional and visual requirements and never compromise-grade composites.
Do your carbon fiber parts save weight on a Harley-Davidson?
Yes. Carbon fiber components typically reduce weight by 40–70% compared to stock steel or ABS plastic parts. This improves handling, acceleration, and overall riding dynamics - especially on performance bagger and club-style builds.
Will carbon fiber parts fade or yellow over time?
No. Our carbon fiber parts are finished with automotive-grade UV-resistant clearcoat. This prevents yellowing and keeps the surface gloss stable under sunlight exposure.
Where are Tommy&Sons parts manufactured?
All Tommy&Sons carbon fiber, fiberglass, and CNC-machined Harley-Davidson parts are designed and produced in-house in Europe, Lithuania. This allows full quality control from mold to final finishing.
Fiberglass Products
Are your fiberglass parts paint-ready?
Every fiberglass part is finished with smooth gelcoat and prepared for primer and paint. No excessive bodywork is required before painting. This saves time for workshops and ensures consistent final results.
Do fiberglass parts crack under Harley vibration?
No. Our fiberglass parts are designed specifically for Harley-Davidson vibration characteristics. Layup orientation, resin ratios, and mounting points are engineered to prevent stress cracking over long-term use.
Are fiberglass parts heavier than carbon fiber?
Fiberglass parts are typically heavier than carbon fiber, but still significantly lighter than steel. For many builds, fiberglass provides the best balance of cost, finish quality, and durability.
Aluminium CNC products
Where do you produce CNC-machined aluminum parts for Harley-Davidson?
We design and CNC-machine aluminum components in-house. Triple tree covers, risers, floorboards, brackets, wheels and detail parts are milled from solid aluminum billets, then anodized or powder-coated for corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
Are your CNC parts bolt-on or do they require modification?
All Tommy&Sons CNC parts are designed as direct bolt-on upgrades. They align with factory mounting points and wiring routes. No drilling, welding, or permanent modification is required.
Are your CNC parts cast or billet?
All Tommy&Sons CNC components are billet-machined. We do not use cast aluminum for structural or visual parts. Billet machining provides higher strength, cleaner detailing, and superior anodizing quality.
Do you manufacture CNC wheels for Harley-Davidson?
We design and produce CNC-machined Harley wheels, including our Sly Spoke series. Wheels are milled from high-grade forged aluminum billets, then finished with anodizing or custom coatings.
