Before we even picked up a wrench, ProLogic existed as a digital model. We designed every part in CAD software, making sure everything fit together perfectly. This approach let us refine the design down to the smallest details before cutting any metal. The custom ProLogic fairing, gas tank, side covers, and rear end weren’t just cool ideas - we knew they would work because we had already built the bike in the virtual world. This extra effort helped us create a seamless and functional custom Harley Davidson bagger that stands out on the road.
Two Years in the Making
A custom build like this isn’t something you rush. ProLogic took two years to complete, with every step carefully planned. We weren’t just bolting on parts - we were shaping metal, welding, fabricating, and testing. Since we created the entire body kit from scratch, we had to ensure everything flowed together perfectly, from the stretched fork covers to the ProLogic rear fender. The American Suspension triple trees, Arlen Ness bottom cases, and stretched fork covers weren’t just about making the bike look good - they improved handling and stability. We took the time to get every detail right, and we’re proud of what we achieved.

The Metzeler 888 tires offer grip and durability, the Legend rear suspension smooths out the ride, and the custom seat keeps things comfortable for long trips. The Vance & Hines exhaust system, combined with our custom Tommy&Sons tips, gives it that perfect deep rumble - loud enough to make an impression but not so loud that it gets annoying. It’s proof that a fully custom Harley Davidson bagger can still be a solid daily rider.
