White Phantom Harley Davidson Road Glide 2017

What's better for the long trip traveling than a Harley Davidson Road Glide Ultra? Seems that it has it all - fairing that deflects the wind, comfy seat, saddlebags for your stuff and a tour pak for your second rider. It even has the fairing lowers that protect you from the additional wind and water during the rainy days. However, for us, the stock Road Glide lacks character. Having a large front the motorcycle loses its proportions to the rear. The big fairing becomes disproportional compared to the small stock front wheel and the saddlebags just begs for some stretch. With the White Phantom we decided to change it all and make a cruiser that would represent Tommy&Son's idea about a proper looking Harley Davidson Touring motorcycle.

Body Kit

When constructing the White Phantom our main goal was to make a rideable bagger. With the Magnus side cover and tank shroud set we achieved a wider look and created some new side lines for the paint job. In the rear we used our Magnus stretched saddlebag and rear fender set. The bags and fender are just the right length to have a bagger style rear and ride it without any issues through the sharp corners. The full Magnus kit is the essential custom set needed to make your Harley Davidson stand out.

Wheels and Suspenssion

When building a bagger, you must never leave the stock wheel on. We know that and in this build we chose to go with the 21x5.5" bulldog style front. The custom rim brings out the bulkiness of the Road Glide model while our wrapper front fender unveils the beauty of the full wheel. Together with Legend suspension in the rear, this custom Harley Davidson Road Glide not only looks good but rides like a dream too.

The Details that Matter

The White Phantom build was introduced with a lot of small but not so cheap details. The original speedometers were replaced with Digital Dakota dashes. 12" Ape Hanger style handlebar was used for the better riding comfort combined with our hand made heated seat with heating pads for both rider and the passenger. In the front we also installed our Milwaukee-8 series radiator cover with running LED lights that enlightens the wheel in the dark perfectly bringing the extra accent. Lastly, to keep the driver and the passenger entertained we equipped this bagger with a 6 Polk IP65 speaker set and 2 D-Class amplifiers. This Road Glide was turned into a custom Harley Davidson that has both looks and comfort.

Black Series Accessories

White Phantom was equipped with a full Black Series accessory package that included the air filter, cam cover, derby cover, gas cap, full floorboard system, clutch and brake cylinder covers and the latch covers. Having all the CNC details match around the motorcycle created a sense of completion. To make the Black Series items stand out, we replaced the regular clear glass with black Plexi glass inserts giving the motorcycle an even more refined look.

White Phantom is a representation of how we understand a proper bagger build. The Road Glide is a perfect model to have it all - bagger looks and the comfort of a true touring motorcycle.
